Pronouns

Organisations and the government are always singular. Never use ‘they’ or ‘their’ when referring to them. Instead use ‘it’ or ‘its’. However, in testimonials you can refer to teams to be more personable.

Who, whose, whom

Use ‘who’, ‘whose’ and ‘whom’ only to refer to people, not to refer to organisations or the government. Use ‘that’ or ‘which’.
